RESOLUTION 13-122
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR BOULDER POINTE TOWNHOMES
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Connnission approved the Site Plan for
Boulder Pointe Townhomes on April D,2013;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Boulder Pointe Townhomes is in general conformance with §304
-Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the CityConncil of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 6th day of May,2013,that the Site Plan for Boulder Pointe Townhomes is approved.
