RESOLUTION 13-121
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR BOULDER POINTE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State oflowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,NEWBLOOD DEVELOPMENT III,L.L.C.(the "Developer")has requested fmal
approval of Boulder Pointe (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on April 9,2013;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Boulder Pointe and the documents relating thereto comply in all
respects with Section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 6th day of May,2013 that the Final Plat for Boulder Pointe be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to final review and
approval of the legal documents by the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
additional easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Ingress/Egress,Watennain,and Sanitary Sewer Easement;
2.Ingress/Egress and Sanitary Sewer Easement;
3.Sanitary Sewer Easement;
4.Watennain Easement;
5.Public Utility Line Easement;
6.Storm Sewer and Overland Flowage Easement;
7.Detention Easement;
8.Declaration of Landscaped Buffer Zone;
9.Storm Water Management Facility Maintenance Covenant and Easement
Agreement;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
fmal plat of Boulder Pointe,as well as any other documents related thereto,with the Dallas
County Recorder.
