RESOLUTION 13-107
APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF A 2013 HEAVY DUTY TRAILER FROM
CAPITAL CITY EQUIPMENT OF DES MOINES,lA,
IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,000.00
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Public Works Department recommends the purchase
of a 2013 Heavy Duty Trailer from Capital City Equipment of Des Moines,lA,in the
amount of$lO,OOO.OO;AND,
WHEREAS,the proposed purchase will replace a 1992 Trail King trailer used by the
Public Works Department.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 6th day of May,2013,that it hereby approves the purchase of a 2013 Heavy
Duty Trailer from Capital City Equipment of Des Moines,lA,in the amount of
$10,000.00.
