RESOLUTION 13-123
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR WAUKEE TIMBERLINE SCHOOL PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Waukee Conununity School District (the "Developer")has requested final
approval of Waukee Timberline School Plat I (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission reconunended approval of
the Plat on April 9,2013;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Waukee Timberline School Plat I and the documents relating
thereto comply in all respects with Section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance ofthe Waukee
Municipal Code;AND,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 6th day of May,2013 that the Final Plat for Waukee Timberline School Plat 1 be and the
same is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to final
review and approval of the legal documents by the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
additional easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Development Agreement;
2.Public Utility Easement;
3.Sanitary Sewer Easement;
4.Temporary Detention Easement;
5.Temporary Sediment Basin Easement;
6.Temporary Grading Easement (private);
7.Permanent Overland Flowage Easement (private);
8.Storm Water Management Facility Maintenance Covenant and Easement
Agreement;
9.Street Lots A and B;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby autborized and directed to file the
final plat of Boulder Pointe,as well as any other documents related thereto,with the Dallas
County Recorder.
