RESOLUTION 13-124
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR WAUKEE TIMBERLINE SCHOOL
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Connnission approved the Site Plan for
Waukee Timberline School on April 9,2013;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Waukee Timberline School is in general conformance with §304 -
Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,as a part of the Site Plan,a temporary gravel parking lot is planned at the south end
of the site to facilitate interim parking for Vision Soccer Academy while the school site and
parking lot are under completion;AND,
WHEREAS,prior to the issuance ofthe Certificate of Occupancy for Waukee Timberline
School,the temporary parking lot shall be removed.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 6th day of May,2013,that the Site Plan for Waukee Timberline School is approved.
