RESOLUTION 13-132
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR DARTMOOR RETAIL CENTER II [53 -95 NE
DARTMOOR DRIVE]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for Dartmoor Retail Center IT on May 14,2013;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Dartmoor Retail Center IT is in general conformance with §304-
Site and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 20th day of May,2013,that the Site Plan for Dartmo Retail Center IT is approved.
