RESOLUTION 2021-179
DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING ON THE
ADOPTION OF THE PROPOSED "CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
WAUKEE, IOWA"
WHEREAS, the City Council has caused to be prepared and filed with the City Clerk copies of
the proposed "CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA," AND,
WHEREAS, an official copy of the proposed "CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
WAUKEE, IOWA," is now on file for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk of
Waukee, Iowa,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing thereon will be held at Waukee
City Hall on the 17t' day of May, 2021 at 5:30 p.m., at which time and place the Council will
consider arguments for or against the adoption of the proposed "CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA," or amendments thereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be authorized and directed to cause to be
published notice of such hearing one time not less than seven (7) days nor more than twenty (20)
days prior to the date herein established for hearing as by law provided.
