RESOLUTION 13-134
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR PRAIRIE CROSSING PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Connnission reconnnended approval of
the Preliminary Plat for Prairie Crossing Plat I on May 14,2013;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Prairie Crossing Plat I is in general conformance with
section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance ofthe Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this the zo"day of May,2013 that the Preliminary Plat for Prairie Crossing Platl be approved,
