RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS,on the 4th day of May,2009,the Mayor and Clerk of Waukee,Iowa,
entered into a construction contract with Jensen Construction Co.of Des Moines,IA,for
the construction of certain public improvements generally described as 105th Street /
Alice's Road Overpass over Interstate 80;and
WHEREAS,the contractor has fully completed the construction ofthe public
improvements in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract and plans and
specifications,as shown by the certificate of the Engineer filed with the Clerk on May 20,
2013:
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA:
Section 1.That the report of the Engineer be and the same is hereby approved and
adopted,and the public improvements are hereby approved and accepted as having been
fully completed in accordance with the plans,specifications and form of contract as
shown in the report of the Engineer.
PASSED AND APPROVED,this 3rd day ofJune,2013.
