RESOLUTION 13-143
APPROVING PUBLIC WATER MAIN EASEMENT RELATED TO LOT 1 THE
CROSSING AT ALICE'S ROAD PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Hy-Vee Inc.(the "Developer")has requested approval of a Public Water Main
Easement related to Lot I The Crossing at Alice's Road Plat I,an official plat in the City of
Waukee,Dallas County,Iowa;AND
WHEREAS,the Public Water Main Improvements completed and the documents relating
thereto comply in all respects with Section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee
Municipal Code;AND,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 3rd day of June,2013 that the Public Water Main Easement related to Lot I of The
Crossing at Alice's Road Plat 1 be and the same is hereby accepted and approved by the City
Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
easement to be filed:
1.Public Water Main Easement;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
Public Water Main Easement,as well as any other documents related thereto,with the Dallas
