RESOLUTION 13-147
APPROVING JOB DESCRIPTION FOR DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES AND
REVISED JOB DESCRIPTIONS FOR PAYROLL SPECIALIST,ACCOUNTING
CLERK,UTILITY ACCOUNT SPECIALIST
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,it is reconunended that certain job descriptions related to the Hmnan Resources
and Finance Departments be written or revised in order to improve the organizational structure of
the City,clarify the functions of said positions,and update the reporting structure;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Administrator has examined a new job description for Director ofHmnan
Resources and revised job descriptions for Payroll Specialist,Accounting Clerk and Utility
Account Specialist,and recommends approval.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 3'-d day of June,2013,that it hereby approves the job description for Director ofHmnan
Resources and revised job descriptions for Payroll Specialist,Accounting Clerk,Utility Account
Specialist.
