RESOLUTION 13-148
APPROVING REVISED JOB DESCRIPTIONS FOR DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS,
PARKS AND RECREATION DIRECTOR
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,it is recommended that certain job descriptions related to the Public Works and
Parks and Recreation Departments be revised in order to improve the organizational structure of
the City,clarify the functions of said positions,and update the reporting structure;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Administrator and Director of Human Resources have examined revised
job descriptions for Director of Public Works and Parks and Recreation Director,and
recommend approval.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 3rd day of June,2013,that it hereby approves revised job descriptions for Director of Public
Works and Parks and Recreation Director.
