APPROVING THE TEMPORARY CLOSING OF SE WOODCREEK DRIVE BETWEEN
605 SE WOODCREEK DRIVE AND 72S SE WOODCREEK DRIVE ON SATURDAY,JUNE
15,2013,BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 4:00 P.M.AND 10:00 P.M.FOR THE PURPOSE OF
A NEIGHBORHOOD BLOCK PARTY [RAND!DAVIS]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Randi Davis,625 SE Woodcreek Drive,requests the temporary closing of SE
Woodcreek Drive between 605 SE Woodcreek Drive and 725 SE Woodcreek Drive on Saturday,June
15,2013,between the hours of 4:00 p.m.and 10:00 p.m.for the purpose ofa neighborhood block party
[Randi Davis];AND,
WHEREAS,pursuant to §364.12(2)(a),public ways and grounds may be temporarily closed by
resolution.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 3'd day
of June,2013,that it hereby approves the temporary closing of SE Woodcreek Drive between 605 SE
Woodcreek Drive and 725 SE Woodcreek Drive on Saturday,June 15,2013,between the hours of
4:00 p.m.and 10:00 p.m.for the purpose ofa neighborhood block party [Randi Davis].
