RESOLUTION 13-161
ADOPTING A PAY PLAN AND APPROVING COMPENSATION LEVELS AND
INSURANCE BENEFIT FOR NON-REPRESENTED CITY EMPLOYEES FOR FY2014
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,the City Council shall annually review and approve proposed wages for City
employees whose positions are not represented by the City of Waukee Collective Bargaining
Unit;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Council has also reviewed a Fiscal Year 2014 pay plan related to non-
represented employee positions;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
17th day of June,2013,that the FY2014 pay plan for non-represented employees,which is
attached hereto as Exhibit A and made part of this resolution,is hereby approved;AND,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the FY2014 compensation levels for non-represented City
employees,which is attached hereto as Exhibit B,is hereby approved and made part of this
resolution;AND,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that non-represented employees who elect single medical plan
coverage shall pay $10.00 per month if participating in the City Wellness Program or $50.00 per
month if not participating in the City Wellness Program;and non-represented employees who
elect child,spouse,or family medical plan coverage shall pay $60.00 per month if participating
in the City Wellness Program or $105.00 per month in not participating in the City Wellness
Program.
