The Applicant Agrees To: 1.Furnish and install an electric meter setting for each tenant.applicable sockets, conduit,cabinets and v'iring according to MidAmerican Energy Company's standards. 2.install metering instmment transfomters sized and furnished by MidAmerican Energy Company and 1'umish and install the meter test switch for all services above 400 Amp. Page 2 3.I ocate all underground I'acilitics such as storm and sanitary sewer,septic lines, undergrountl electric cable,communication cable,irrigation systems and water lines that arc not located by members of One Call.MidAmerican Energy Company assumes no liability for private facilities not located. 4.Furnish easements to MidAmerican Energy Company without cost.(Furnish survey drawing and/or legal description fol'casement preparation.)If a 3'a party easement is required any cost associated in obtaining the easement will bc paid by the applicant. All meter and related metering equipment locations shall be approved by the company.Vnlcss Company approval of an exception is given,all meters and related meter equipment nutst he installed outside and securely attached to pemnanent structure. MidAmerican Energy Company installed facilities will remain the property of MidAmerican Energy Company. If MidAmerican Energy Company is required to start constntction of underground electric I'acilitics tluring the winter season,the work will be subject to an additional winter constntction charge. The undersigned cetaifics tllat the structure served by the electric distribution system meets the energy conservation standards as contained in the Iowa Administrative Code Section 66I-16.800 sometimes known as the "State Building Code Thermal and Lighting EAiciency Standards."
