RESOLUTION 17-128
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[BRANDON'S RESERVE]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IO8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,Sandstone Management of Carlisle,IA,has completed the public
improvements associated with Brandon's Reserve;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Brandon's Reserve and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 6"'day of March,2017,that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Brandon*s Reserve.
