RESOLUTION 17-129
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
FOX CREEK ESTATES PLAT 10
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOIYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for Fox Creek Estates
Plat 10;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City staff,and are found to be in general conformance with section tj303 -Land
Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 6'"day of March,2017 that the Construction Drawings for Fox Creek
Estates Plat 10 be approved subject to remaining staff comments.
