RESOLUTION 17-127
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[KETTLESTONE RIDGE PLAT I]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,108"A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,Jerry's Homes of Urbandale,IA,has completed the public improvements
associated with Kettlestone Ridge Plat 1;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Kettlestone Ridge Plat 1 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 6'"day of March,2017,that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Kettlestone Ridge Plat l.
