Home My WebLink About2017-03-06-Resolutions 17-138_Wages - FY2018 - Non-Rep Employees - Comp PlanTHE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA RESOLUTION 17-138 ESTABLISHING FY2018 COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CITY OF WAUKEE DIRECTORS AND NON-REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOV'A WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County; AND, WHEREAS,per City of Waukee Code Section t'1110.4 the City Council shall annually review and approve proposed compensation for City employees whose positions are not represented by the City of Waukee Collective Bargaining Unit;AND, WHEREAS,the City Council has reviewed the Fiscal Year 2018 compensation plan for City of Waukee directors and other non-represented staff; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 6"day of March,2017,that the FY2018 compensation plan for directors,which is attached hereto as Exhibit A,and the FY2018 compensation plan for non-represented employees,which is attached hereto as Exhibit B,are hereby approved.
