RESOLUTION 17-140
ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CITY OF WAUKKK PAID
ON-CALL FIREFIGHTERS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IO 8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee Fire Chief and Human Resource Director have reviewed and
recommend approval of the compensation plan for City of Waukee Paid On-Call Firefighters;
AND,
WHEREAS,the proposed compensation plan shall be effective July I,2017 and shall remain in
effect until such time as a revised compensation plan is presented.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
6"day of March,2017,that the City of Waukee Paid On-Call Firefighter compensation plan,
which is attached hereto as Exhibit A,is hereby approved.
