RESOLUTION 16-457
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR HICKMAN WEST INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT 4
IN THENAMEAND BY THEAUTHORITYOF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Gym Space,LLC,has requested final approval of Hickman West Industrial Park
Plat 4 (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on October 11,2016,subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal
documents;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Hickman West Industrial Park Plat 4 and the documents relating
thereto will comply with Section )303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal
Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 17 day of October,2016,that the Final Plat for Hickman West Industrial Park Plat 4 be
and the same is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
easements and documents to be filed with the Plat;
1.Public Utility Easement
