APPROVING THK SITE PLAN FOR HICKMAN WEST INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT 4

IN THE NAIvIE AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 8'A UKEE,IONA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for Hickman West Industrial Park Plat 4,subject to remaining staff comments on
October 11,2016;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Hickman West Industrial Park Plat 4 is in general conformance
with )304 —Sire and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal
Code;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Hickman West Industrial Park Plat 4 is in general conformance
with tj30L27(A)—Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 17"'day of October,2016 that the Site Plan for Hickman West Industrial Park Plat 4 is
approved subject to remaining staff comments.
