APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION OF THE
3 STREET WATER TOWER REFURBISHMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS,on the 18'"day of April,2016,the Mayor and Clerk of the City of Waukee,
Iowa,entered into a construction contract with J.R.Stelzer of Lincoln,NE,for the construction
of certain public improvements generally described as the 3'Street Water Tower Refurbishment
Project;and
WHEREAS,the contractor has substantially completed the construction of the public
improvements in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract and plans and
specifications:
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WAUKEE,IOWA:
Section 1.That the certificate of substantial completion of the public improvements for
the 3'Street Water Tower Refurbishment Project are hereby approved and accepted.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 7'"day of November,2016.
