RESOLUTION 16-480
APPROVING PROPOSAL AND AGREEMENT WITH BEELNER SERVICE,
INC.[SUGAR CREEK MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE IRRIGATION SYSTEM
INSTALLATION]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,on October 10,2016,the Waukee City Council approved the purchase of
Rainbird irrigation equipment from TurfWorks of Johnston,IA,in the amount of
$52,182.53 (Resolution ¹16-439);AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee Parks and Recreation Department solicited quotes for the
installation of the irrigation equipment and recommends approving an agreement with
Beelner Service,Inc.,in the amount of $25,000.00 for said installation;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Attorney has drafted the installation agreement and Beelner
Service,Inc.,finds it satisfactory.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 7 day of November,2016,that it hereby approves the Proposal and
Agreement with Beelner Service,Inc.[Sugar Creek Municipal Golf Course irrigation
