RESOLUTION 16-476
APPROVING CONSENT FOR GEOLOGICAL SURVEY ]WITTKRN REALTY]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 8'3 UKEE,IO 5'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,on August 23,2016,the Waukee City Council approved a Professional
Service Agreement with Veenstra Ec Kimm,Inc.,for Joint Waukee/West Des Moines
Water Works Source Water Availability Study (Resolution //16-371);AND,
WHEREAS,a Consent for Geological Study has been obtained from Wittern Realty,
granting permission for the completion of certain subsurface geological studies on
property located in the study area.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 7'"day of November,2016,that it hereby approves the Consent for
Geological Survey from Wittern Realty as it pertains to the Source Water Availability
Study.
