RESOLUTION 16-476
APPROVING MIDAMERICAN ENERGY COMPANY AGREEMENT
[WESTOWN PARKWAY STREET LIGHTING[
INTHENAltEIEANDBY THEAUTHORITYOF THE CITY OF WAUIEEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on March 7,2016,the Waukee City Council approved plans,specifications,form
of contract and estimate of cost (Resolution ¹16-063)for the Westown Parkway/R22 Intersection
Improvement Project;AND,
WHEREAS,MidAmerican Energy proposes an agreement,attached hereto as Exhibit A,to
install street lights along Westown Parkway between R-22/Ute Avenue and S.Warrior Lane;
AND,
WHEREAS,City staff recommends approval of the agreement.
