RESOLUTION 16-
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS TO THK
CITY OF WAUKKE 2017 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN COMMITTEE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOUS
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee City Council has established the City of Waukee 2017 Comprehensive
Plan Committee in order to update the City's Comprehensive Plan for development,including
the Comprehensive Road Plan (Resolution tI16-493);AND,
WHEREAS,Mayor William F.Peard has appointed the following as members of the City of
Waukee 2017 Comprehensive Plan Committee:
1)Alex Broderick (Planning &Zoning Commission)
2)Stormy Shanks (Planning 6r,Zoning Commission)
3)Luke Streit (Planning 6'c Zoning Commission)
4)Niki DePhillips (Community and Economic Development Advisory Council)
5)Troy Taylor (Park Board)
6)Cindi McDonald (Waukee Community School District)
7)Nolan Roethler (Waukee Community School District,APEX Student Member)
8)Claudia Kern (Waukee Community School District,APEX Student Member)
9)Greg Grote (Business Member,Charter Bank)
10)Eric Kress (Business Member,Waukee Family YMCA)
11)Aimee Staudt (Business Member,Knapp Properties)
12)Josh Van Leeuwen (Business Member,Westview Church)
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this the 21"day of November,2016,that it hereby approves the mayor's appointment of
members to the City of Waukee 2017 Comprehensive Plan Committee.
