RESOLUTION 16-497
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR STONE PRAIRIE PLAT 4
IN THE NAMEAND BY THEA UTHORITYOF THE CITY OF WAUI:EE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,VisionBank of Iowa,has requested final approval of Stone Prairie Plat 4 (the
"Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on November 21,2016,subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal
documents;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Stone Prairie Plat 4 and the documents relating thereto will
comply with Section Ij303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 21"day of November,2016,that the Final Plat for Stone Prairie Plat 4 be and the same is
hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BK IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Sanitary Sewer Easement (private);
2.Ingress Egress Easement (private)
