RESOLUTION 17-002
APPROVING REVISED JOB DESCRIPTIONS [WATER/WASTE WATER DIVISION]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Human Resource Director has reviewed and revised the job descriptions for the
positions within the Water/Wastewater Division to more accurately reflect the job duties of these
positions;AND,
WHEREAS,the Public Works Director and Human Resource Director recommend approval of
revised job descriptions for the following positions:
~Water/Wastewater Superintendent
~Water Operator
~Wastewater Operator
~Water/Wastewater Laborer
~Water/Wastewater Laborer —Seasonal
~Water/Wastewater Intern
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 3'day of January,2017,that it hereby approves the revised job descriptions for the
Water(Wastewater Division.
