RESOLUTION 17-
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF THE CITY OF WAUKKE
PRIMARY AND ALTERNATE MEMBERS TO THK DALLAS COUNTY
EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT COMMISSION AND E-911 COMMISSION FOR
THK YEAR 2017
IN THENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF WAUKEE,IOH'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is a member of both the Dallas County Emergency
Management Commission and Dallas County E-911 Commission;AND,
WHEREAS,it is necessary for the Mayor to appoint primary and alternate members to the
Dallas County Emergency Management Commission and Dallas County E-9 Ll Commission;
AND,
WHEREAS,Mayor William F.Peard appoints Fire Chief Clint Robinson as the City of
Waukee primary member and Police Chief John Quinn as alternate member to both the Dallas
County Emergency Management Commission and Dallas County E-911 Commission.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this 3'day of January,2017,that it hereby approves the Mayor's appointment of members to
the Dallas County Emergency Management Commission and Dallas County E 11
Commission.
