RESOLUTION 17-029
APPROVING EASEMKNTS RELATED TO ALICE'S ROAD CORRIDOR
IMPROVEMENTS,PHASE 4 [DJN,LLC]
IN THE NAME AND IJY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 5'AUKEB,IO8'2
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,it has been determined that certain easements are necessary for the purpose of
construction of the Alice's Road Corridor Improvement Project,Phase 4 (the "Project");AND,
WHEREAS,said easements shall be located on a portion of the property owned by DJN,LLC,
and legally described as referenced in Exhibit A,which is attached hereto.
NOW THE~FORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
16"day of January,2017,that it hereby approves the easements related to Alice's Road Corridor
Improvement Project,Phase 4,with payment made by the City to property owner(s)DJN,LLC.
