HomeMy WebLinkAbout2017-01-16-Resolutions 17-032_Alice's Rd Corridor Phase 4 - Purchase Agr - Easements - Williams Pointe Commercial II LCTHE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA RESOLUTION 17-032 APPROVING PURCHASE AGREEMENT AND TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT RELATED TO ALICE'S ROAD CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENTS, PHASE 4 [WILLIAMS POINTE COMMERCIAL II,LC] IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal Organization;AND, WHEREAS,it has been determined that the purchase of certain property for rights-of-way is necessary for the purpose of construction of the Alice's Road Corridor Improvement Project, Phase 4 (the "Project");AND, WHEREAS,it has also been determined that a Temporary Construction Easement is necessary for the purpose of construction of the Project;AND, WHEREAS,said purchase agreement and easement shall be located on a portion of the property owned by Williams Pointe Commercial II,LC,and legally described as referenced in Exhibit A, which is attached hereto.
