RESOLUTION 17-027
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
CLAYTON ESTATES PLAT 1
IN THE NAMEAND BY THE AUTHORITYOF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IONA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for Clayton Estates Plat
1;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City staff,and are found to be in general conformance with section tj303 -Land
Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 16'day of January,2017 that the Construction Drawings for Clayton
Estates Plat 1 be approved subject to remaining staff comments.
