RESOLUTION 17-034
APPROVING SETTLKMKNT AGREEMENT RELATED TO THE ALICE'S ROAD
CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENTS,PHASE 4
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOJYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,in order to move forward with construction of the Alice's Road Corridor
Improvement Project,Phase 4 (the "Project"),a Settlement Agreement has been negotiated
between the City of Waukee;Gilcrest/Jewett Lumber Company;DJN,LLC d/b/a Fireplace Stone
&Patio;S&P Development,LLC;and Plumb Supply Company,LLC (the "Agreement");AND,
WHEREAS,the Agreement addresses certain matters among the parties related to property
acquisition and access.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
16'"day of January,2017,that it hereby approves the Settlement Agreement related to the
Alice's Road Corridor Improvements,Phase 4.
