RESOLUTION 17-093
APPROVING SANITARY SEWER RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT RELATED
TO THE SOUTH OUTFALL SANITARY SEWER PROJECT
[BRADLKYKLINKEFUS]
IN THE NAME AND BY THEAUTHORITYOF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOIYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,it has been determined that a Sanitary Sewer Right-of-Way Easement is necessary
for the purpose of construction of the South Outfall Sanitary Sewer Project;AND,
WHEREAS,said easement shall be located on a portion of the property owned by Bradley
Klinkefus and legally described as referenced in Exhibit A,Easement Area,of the Sanitary
Sewer Right-of-Way Easement which is attached hereto.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
13'"day of February,2017,that it hereby approves the Sanitary Sewer Right-of-Way Easement
related to the South Outfall Sanitary Sewer Project [Bradley Klinkefusj in the amount of
$23,000.00,

connection shall be r«adle by extending the City provided sev;er stubout The scsvcr service
