HomeMy WebLinkAbout2017-02-13-Resolutions 17-093_South Outfall Sewer - Sanitary Sewer Easement - KlinkefusTHE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA RESOLUTION 17-093 APPROVING SANITARY SEWER RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT RELATED TO THE SOUTH OUTFALL SANITARY SEWER PROJECT [BRADLKYKLINKEFUS] IN THE NAME AND BY THEAUTHORITYOF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOIYA WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal Organization;AND, WHEREAS,it has been determined that a Sanitary Sewer Right-of-Way Easement is necessary for the purpose of construction of the South Outfall Sanitary Sewer Project;AND, WHEREAS,said easement shall be located on a portion of the property owned by Bradley Klinkefus and legally described as referenced in Exhibit A,Easement Area,of the Sanitary Sewer Right-of-Way Easement which is attached hereto.
