RESOLUTION 17-299
APPROVAL OF AMENDING A CERTAIN ADDRESS WITHIN THE CITY OF
WAUKEE FROM 2705 GRAND PRAIRIE PARKWAY TO 2727 GRAND
PRAIRIE PARKWAY
IN THENAMEAND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the owner of the property located at 2705 Grand Prairie Parkway and
legally described as Lot I of Ashworth North Plat I is currently constructing an office
building;AND,
WHEREAS,for advertising purposes for the tenant of the building,the applicant has
requested the address of the property be officially changed from 2705 Grand Prairie
Parkway to 2727 Grand Prairie Parkway;AND,
WHEREAS,the proposed change is acceptable to the City.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa in session this 19'"day of June 2017,that the local address of 2705 Grand Prairie
Parkway be amended to 2727 Grand Prairie Parkway.A copy of this resolution shall be
filed of record with the Recorders Office of Dallas County,Iowa.
