RESOLUTION 17-290
APPROVING AGREEMKNT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES
BETWEEN THE CITY OF WAUKEK AND SNYDER 4 ASSOCIATES
[2017-2018 MISCELLANEOUS TRAFFIC ENGINEERING SERVICES]
IN THE NAME AND 8Y THE A UTHOtuTY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IO IYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City desires to retain the services of Snyder /k Associates,inc.,to perform
various traffic engineering services;AND,
WHEREAS,the scope of services includes,but is not limited to,traffic counts,preparation of
funding applications,speed limit review,traffic study or signal plan review,traffic signal
operations review,trip generation estimates,signing and pavement marking review,capacity
analysis,access/driveway review,and meeting attendance;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Agreement for Professional Consulting Services between Snyder Ec Associates,Inc.,and the City
of Waukee,IA [2017-2018 Miscellaneous Traffic Engineering Services]is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 19'"day of June,
2017.
