RESOLUTION 17-302
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR SHADOW CREEK SHOPPING CENTER (820 NE
ALICE'S ROAD)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IO 8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for Shadow Creek Shopping Center,subject to remaining staff comments on June
13,2017;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Shadow Creek Shopping Center is in general conformance with
lj304 —Site and Building Deveiopntenr Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Shadow Creek Shopping Center is in general conformance with
I'130 L27(A)—Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 19'"day of June,2017 that the Site Plan for Shadow Creek Shopping Center is approved.
