RESOLUTION 17-305
APPROVING RELEASE OF CASH BOND ASSOCIATED WITH THK SHOPS
AT KETTLKSTONK NORTH PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA USE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City has previously approved the final plat for The Shops at Kettlestone
North Plat 1;AND,
WHEREAS,the Developer,ARAC,Inc.provided a cash bond for outstanding public
improvements associated with The Shops at Kettlestone North Plat 1;AND,
WHEREAS,the outstanding public improvements associated with The Shops at
Kettlestone North Plat 1 have been completed and the City can now release the cash bond
securing the completion of said improvements to the Developer in the amount of
$62,031.25.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa in session this 19"day of June 2017,that the cash bond related to public
improvements for The Shops at Kettlestone North Plat 1 can be released back to ARAC,
Inc.in the amount of $62,031.25.
