RESOLUTION 17-301
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR UNIVERSITY OF IOWA COMMUNITY CREDIT
UNION (1085 K.HICKMAN ROAD)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHOtuTY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,108'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for University of Iowa Community Credit Union,subject to remaining staff
comments on June 13,2017;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for University of Iowa Community Credit Union is in general
conformance with tj304 —Site and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee
Municipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for University of Iowa Community Credit Union is in general
conformance with tj301.27(A)—Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee
Municipal Code;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 19"day of June,2017 that the Site Plan for University of Iowa Community Credit Union is
approved.
