APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
ASHWORTH SOUTH PLAT I
IN THE NAMEAND BY THE AUTHOIIITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IO8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for Ashworth South Plat
1;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City staff,and are found to be in general conformance with section )303 -Land
Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 20"day of March,2017 that the Construction Drawings for Ashworth South
Plat 1 be approved subject to remaining staff comments.
