RESOLUTION 17-161
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR ASHWORTH SOUTH PLAT 1
IN THENAMEAND BY THEAUTHORITYOF THE CITY OF 5'AUKEE,IOV'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,AP GPP,L.C.has requested final approval of Ashworth Properties South Plat I (the
"Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat
on February 14,2017,subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Ashworth South Plat I and the documents relating thereto will comply
with Section tj303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on this
20"day of March,2017,that the Final Plat for Ashworth South Plat I be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following easements
and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed (Street Lot A);
2.Sanitary Sewer Easement;
3.Water Main Easement;
4.Public Utility Easement;
5.Private Storm Sewer Easement;and
6.Private Ingress/Egress Easement.
