RESOLUTION 17-152
APPROVING THE LEGACY POINTE AT WAUKEE PLAT 9 PRELIMINARY PLAT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IO 8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed and recommended
approval of a Preliminary Plat for Legacy Pointe at Waukee Plat 9 on March 14,2017,subject to
remaining staff comments;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Legacy Pointe at Waukee Plat 9 is in general conformance
with section )303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this the 20"day of March,2017,that the Preliminary Plat for Legacy Pointe at W kee Plat 9 be
approved.
