RESOLUTION 17-155
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR THE VILLAGE AT LEGACY POINTE
MEMORY CARE ADDITION [1505 SE LAUREL STREET]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Comnaission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for The Village at Legacy Pointe Memory Care Addition,subject to remaining staff
comments on March 14,2017;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for The Village at Legacy Pointe Memory Care Addition is in general
conformance with tj304 —Site and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee
Municipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for The Village at Legacy Pointe Memory Care Addition is in general
conformance with )30L27(A)—Landscaping end Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee
Municipal Code;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 20"day of March,2017 that the Site Plan for The Village at Legacy Pointe Memory Care
Addition is approved.
