APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR HY-VEE PARKING LOT ADDITION
[1005 E HICKMAN ROAD]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,108'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for Hy-Vee parking lot addition,subject to remaining staff comments on August 22,
2017;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Hy-Vee Parking Lot Addition is in general conformance with
I'1304 —Site and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Hy-Vee Parking Lot Addition is in general conformance with
)30L27(A)—Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 5"day of September,2017 that the Site Plan for Hy-Vee Parking Lot Addition is approved.
