RESOLUTION 17-056
ACCEPTING AMENDMENT TO GAS MAIN BLANKET BID AGREEMENT
WITH INFRASOURCE CONSTRUCTION,LLC
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,on April 6,2015,the Waukee City Council approved a blanket bid from
InfraSource Construction,LLC,related to gas main installation,steel gas pipe
replacement,large service line installation and repair (Resolution ¹15-095);AND,
WHEREAS,InfraSource Construction,LLC,has provided the City with an amendment
to the previous Gas Main Blanket Bid Agreement,extending the same pricing until
March 31,2017.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 6'"day of February,2017,that it hereby accepts the amendment t Gas Main
Blanket Bid Agreement with InfraSource Construction,LLC.
