RESOLUTION 17-251
CORRECTING SCRIVENER'S ERROR IN PAYMENT ESTIMATE NO.5 (FINAL)
TO ROGNES CORP.FOR THK NORTHWEST AREA TRUNK SEWER EXTENSION
PROJECT PHASE 1,SO THAT THE TOTAL CORRECTED AMOUNT IS $14,536.33
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF IYA UKEE,IO 8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on May 15,2017,as part of the Consent Agenda,the Waukee City Council
approved Payment Estimate No.5 (Final)to Rognes Corp.for the Northwest Area Trunk
Sewer Extension Project Phase I in the amount of $5,890.00;AND,
WHEREAS,the documentation provided by the project engineer contained a scrivener's
error in the total dollar amount which should have read $14,536.33;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this 23"day of May,2017,hereby approves correcting a scrivener's error related to Payment
Estimate No.5 (Final)to Rognes Corp.for the Northwest Area Trunk Sewer Extension
Project Phase I,correcting the payment amount to $14,536.33.
