RESOLUTION 17-307
APPROVING TEMPORARY PARKING REQUEST ON LOTS 4 AND 5 OF WILLIAMS
POINTK PLAT 14 [STIVKRS FORD LINCOLN]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Stivers Ford Lincoln has recently been shipped a large inventory of new vehicles that has
exhausted their display and storage areas at their dealership located at 1450 E Hickman Road;AND,
WHEREAS,the owners of Stivers Ford Lincoln request permission to temporarily store vehicles on
an undeveloped property located at 1350 SE Stone Ridge Drive and 150 SE Waco Place [Lot 4 and 5
of Williams Pointe Plat 14]for a period not to exceed ninety (90)days.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 27th
day of June,2017,that it hereby approves temporary parking on the property located at 1350 SE Stone
Ridge Drive and 150 SE Waco Place for a period not to exceed ninety (9 day
