RESOLUTION 17-343
APPROVING MIDAMERICAN ENERGY COMPANY REFUNDABLE ADVANCE FOR
CONSTRUCTION,UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC SERVICE EXTENSION PROPOSAL
OF SPECULATIVE USE [KETTLKSTONE GREKNWAY IMPROVEMENTS PHASE 1]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,as part of the Kettlestone Greenway Improvements Phase 1 Project,MidAmerican
Energy Company proposes to extend underground electric service for the project area;AND,
WHEREAS,City staff recommend approval of the agreement;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
24"day of July,2017,that the MidAmerican Energy Company Refundable Advance for
Construction,Underground Electric Service Extension Proposal of Speculative Use [Kettlestone
Greenway Improvements Phase 1],attached hereto as Exhibit A and made part of this resolution,
is hereby approved.
