CORRECTING SCRIVENER'S ERROR IN PAYMENT ESTIMATE NO.2 TO
VANDKRPOOL CONSTRUCTION FOR THK NORTHWEST ARKA TRUNK
SEWER EXTENSION PHASES 2 AND 3/COPKLAND TRUNK SEWER PHASE 1
PROJECT,SO THAT THE TOTAL CORRECTED AMOUNT IS $192,885.19
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF IYA UEEE,ION'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on July 24,2017,as part of the Consent Agenda,the Waukee City Council
approved Payment Estimate No.2 to Vanderpool Construction for the Northwest Area Trunk
Sewer Extension Phases 2 and 3/Copeland Trunk Sewer Phase 1 Project in the amount of
$195,885.19;AND,
WHEREAS,the posted agenda for the July 24,2017,Waukee City Council meeting
contained a scrivener's error in the total dollar amount which should have read $192,885.19;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this 7'day of August,2017,hereby approves correcting a scrivener's error related to Payment
Estimate No.2 to Vanderpool Construction for the Northwest Area Trunk Sewer Extension
Phases 2 and 3/Copeland Trunk Sewer Phase 1 Project,so that the total corrected amount is
$192,885.19.
